Focus and Scope
Campang Law Journal (CLJ) publishes high-quality scholarly works that explore contemporary developments and emerging issues in legal studies. The journal welcomes original research articles, review papers, and conceptual analyses that contribute to the advancement of legal knowledge at national, regional, and global levels.
The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
- Law, Technology, and Innovation, covering cyber law, artificial intelligence (AI), personal data protection, financial technology (FinTech), and legal challenges in digital environments;
- Constitutional and Administrative Law, addressing democratic governance, public administration, human rights, and the transformation of public law systems;
- Economic and Business Law, including international trade law, investment law, competition law, and corporate law within the framework of sustainable and green economy;
- Criminal Law and Legal Policy, encompassing criminal law reform, contemporary criminology, restorative justice, and policies related to transnational crimes;
- Sociological and Interdisciplinary Legal Studies, focusing on the interaction between law and society, legal anthropology, gender and law, and law in development contexts;
- Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation, international arbitration, and other non-litigation mechanisms for dispute settlement;
- Environmental and Natural Resources Law, covering climate change law, agrarian law, and sustainable environmental governance.
The journal strongly encourages interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches, as well as critical and comparative perspectives that bridge theoretical frameworks with practical legal issues.
