Open Access Policy

Publishing in DELTA is free of charges, promoting equitable access to research on digital education innovations.

DELTA provides direct open access to its content, aligning with our mission to foster global collaboration in digital education leadership and technology. Our publisher adheres to the Budapest Open Access Initiative definition of Open Access:

“By ‘open access’ to [peer-reviewed research literature], we mean its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution, and the only role for copyright in this domain, should be to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited.”

It is our mission to support a greater global exchange of knowledge by making the research published in this journal open to the public and reusable under the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. This license encourages the sharing of digital education insights while protecting non-commercial uses and ensuring proper attribution, which is crucial in technology-driven fields where ideas evolve quickly.
